You exited the payment system before your payment was complete. Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit payment has been processed, meaning someone else could now book the dates you wanted. We do offer payment via bank transfer if you would prefer – please just contact us and tell us the name you booked under and we’ll send you an invoice.
Our online payment system does not require you to have a PayPal account, you can simply pay using your credit card – it’s the fastest and most secure way to confirm your booking dates before someone else does. Perhaps try again.
